A plain-language summary of how Hagane Reserves works. It sits alongside — and never replaces — the full bailment agreement you acknowledge before any piece is dispatched.
Who we are
Hagane Reserves is operated by an individual based in Indonesia. You can reach us on WhatsApp, linked throughout this site — that's our one line for questions, requests, and Reservations.
What we do
We rent pieces from the Reserves. Ownership never transfers to you. For the length of your Reserve period, you hold the piece as custodian under a bailment — you're entrusted with it, not sold it — and you agree to return it in the condition it left us.
How a Reservation works
Request → verification → you acknowledge the bailment agreement → one combined bank transfer covering the rental fee and the security deposit → confirmation → dispatch → your Reserve period → return and inspection → security deposit settled.
Rental fee and security deposit
The rental fee is charged per day, with a minimum of three days per piece. The security deposit is fully refundable, returned once the piece comes back in the agreed condition.
Condition and care
Every piece is documented with photographs before dispatch and again after it returns. Any deduction from your security deposit is only for damage beyond the agreed condition, and every deduction is itemised and backed by photo evidence.
Late or non-return
Your Reserve period is binding. A late return escalates to a formal return notice. A piece that isn't returned within the agreed window is treated as a loss under the bailment agreement, and the security deposit is applied against it.
Cancellation
If you cancel before your Reserve period begins, your rental fee refund follows this scale: 7 or more days ahead, 100%; 3–6 days ahead, 80%; 1–2 days ahead, 50%; under 24 hours, 0%. Your security deposit is always refunded in full on cancellation, regardless of timing.
Courier
Dispatch is by insured courier, arranged and confirmed with you beforehand. The courier fee is added to your account.
Taxes
Hagane Reserves is a non-PKP individual operator — we don't charge PPN and don't issue a Faktur Pajak. We issue a plain receipt for every transfer.
Governing law
These Terms, and every Reservation made under them, are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
